Return/Refund Policy

A return merchandise authorization {RMA} number and the original invoice must accompany all returns for defective and non-defective merchandise.

Defective merchandise may be returned for replacement or a refund {excluding all shipping charges} if the following conditions are met.

  • The date of return is within 30 days of purchase.
  • Original packaging is used with return.

*Defective merchandise is defined as products which are defective from the manufacturer of the product, not items which are damaged through shipping.

Non-defective stock merchandise may be returned for a refund {excluding all shipping charges & 20% restocking fee} within 30 days of purchase, provided the merchandise is not damaged or used and is returned in its original packaging.

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
  • As soon as the product leaves our facility (whether through UPS, FedEx, Customer Pickup or Other means) we are no longer responsible for the product. This includes missing, damaged or lost packages. If you have any concern that a carrier may lose or damage your product please call us to require a signature upon delivery & purchase all applicable insurance.
  • If a product is lost or damaged by a shipping company we will help you go through the claims process with the shipping company, but cannot guarantee any outcome.
